YES, ...... The news reports said that when they found them the man was naked. So my guess is they were doing something freaky and were probably both drunk. I have been on many cruise ship balconies and you have to climb up in order to get over the railing.

Either drunk and doing something stupid or just being stupid and showing off. You have to make an effort to climb up on the railings and over them and then with many decks on the ship, would have to then jump past the "catch" screens under the railings.
Either that or they were really small and got thrown over, but would guess it was a combination of drunk and stupidity.

My guess is they were either drunk, having sex, or both. How else could you fall off a cruise ship!

He was doing something he wasn't suppose to be doing. No pun intended. Since they both asked for their names and what happened to be with held from the media, they were definately not just standing there and the wind blew them over. I think they got carried away with passion and, well you know the rest of the story.

Take it from me, I take four cruises a year, the only way you fall off from a balcony is if you a three sheets to the wind and climb on the furniture. I have no sympathy for them. in fact, I think there should be a list of 'stupid cruisers' who are forbidden from ever going on a cruise ship again! Because of their antics how many thousand people had their vacations spoiled?
