How do I find out about reservations for Royal Caribbean cruises? |
Well, about a month ago, my family began to book a cruise for Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas on March 29th. However, since then, my family has sort of had a falling out. I know it's early, but we want to find out if our trip has been canceled by my mother or not, so we can plan accordingly. Any way of doing this online on RC's website, without having to use a reservation/registration number? Can we just put our names in?
Yes, I know I could call up my mother and ask her, but she's not talking to me at the moment, and won't pick up the phone. |

The number for website assistance is probably your best bet for getting through to someone. The number is (800) 398-9819. If you explain the situation to them I'm sure they will be able to tell you if the cruise has been canceled. We have called their customer service numerous times and they have always been very helpful. |

Try calling RCCL and adk them how much is left on your cruise or when does it all have to be paid for buy. you can try with the approach of wanting to buy some flowers for her as a surprise, tell them that you don't have any information ask if they can give you the reservation #. Good luck. |

Here is your only option!
Option #1 Call RCCL, tell them the cruise date, ship, and last name of the guest for each room. Tell them you lost the booking # and that you just want to verify if you canceled it. They will be very helpful!
They will not give more information then that, because you did not plan it or have the booking #.
