Princess usually has much better service, better food, and a better experience overall. NCL's main selling point is that you can eat when you want (Princess has a similar optional feature) and dress the way you like. Princess is a more traditional cruise line in that respect, not to say that you have to dress to the nines every night.

It doesn't. NCL is horrible. Princess is great. If you have to decide between the two - go with Princess.

In my experience, Princess is far superior to NCL. I did not like the breakfast or lunch buffets on NCL. Princess treated passengers with class and had excellent entertainment. It was a more quality act.

go with princess, unless you want a really cheap cruise.
