These days, cruising is just that - cruising gently for a pleasure trip.
It is no longer a method of deliberately getting from place to place, so I don't even know if there is a run from Sydney to Southampton any more.
In the days before affordable regular airline services, say to the early 60's, the migrant run took about 6 weeks if that is what you are looking for. |
