How strict is the carnival valor about letting 17 year olds in the dance clubs?
i will miss being 18 by a month when i go on my cruise and was wondering how strict they are about letting people like me in.
They don't have people at the doors to keep you from going in so getting in will not be a big problem, however they will not serve you alcohol. The funny thing is I was blocked from going into the teens dance club because I was too OLD. Now that was a twist.

They check id at the door but dont dispair. They have a dance club just for the 15-18 year age group so you can still have fun. My son was 17 and actually made alot of friends onboard. Have fun

I think the dance clubs will be fine as long as you aren't drinking.
