To the guests, work on a cruise ship seems nice, but they are not treated very well. I recommend you get certified in Scuba Diving and get a job with Royal Caribbean as a scuba expert. You not only get to work on beautiful cruise ships, but on the private islands that they own. Also the hours are not long about 11am - 4 pm while you are on board. When you are at the private island, you can relax until the ships come in which is about every 3 to 4 days. But if that is not your thing, try cabin steward, they get nice tips, and if you are on The yachts of Seabourn Cruises, or Cunard, they are luxurious so you will get nice tips. Good Luck to you. |

Norwegian cruise ships have 3 month 6 month and 8 month contracts... good luck it's a GREAT job if you like to travel and meet all kinds of people. |

Hey! I travel every year with Carnival Cruise Lines! They actually have the majority of the crew from different countries! You ought to try that one! Everyone that I talked to on the cruises I was on love working for them!!! You get to travel to a lot of different places and have lots of fun... also, you change ships every so often so you do not have to go to the same ports all the time too...try it let me know how it goes! |
