Welcome home!! As mentioned in previous posts, Call or go to the Cruisesonly.com website (if it's gonna be "last minute", I would call). You can get a good idea of iteneraries and ships online then call them. AND DON'T FORGET TO ASK ABOUT THE MILITARY DISCOUNTS!! Most Cruise Lines offer them. I've been using CruisesOnly since 1990 and have never found a better deal!!
