Your best bet is for you (or your parents) to become a member on cruisecritic.com. There is a board where you can chat with others going on the same cruise as you. After becoming a member, click on boards in the banner at the top of the page. Scroll down to the section labeled Roll Call-Members only, and click on the link for Carnival. That will open a page that lists the ships, obviously you'd click on Valor. THis will take you to all of the Carnival Valor boards. The thread I was looking at was started by sillylizzie.

So far for people around your age, there is a 17 yr. old girl, a 13 yr. old, and a 22 yr. old. My guess is that there will be a few more, but not too many, just because school is in session.

Looking at the itinerary, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel will be fun. Both are beautiful. Have a WONDERFUL time!

go to www.cruisecritic.com you will def. find someone on your cruise there.

EDIT
carnival cruise lines have teen programs and teen events (like dances, i think) so im sure you won't be the only teen on the ship!

I was traveling with Carnival Cruise Lines 3 weeks ago. There are many teens on board. When I was on board, there were approximately 600 kids on board.

I will be the guy in the hawaiian shirt, shorts and sandles.

Find me, I will buy you a beer.

Carnival Cruises are so hot. I'll be there. Meet me in the broom closet...it will be marked 134A. I hope you wear something cute. You can show me that cute butt. Who knows, maybe we'll even go for a roll around the deck. I've got no legs you see...lost 'em in 'Nam. But that doesn't stop me from getting the boys. People are attracted to the unfamiliar. Just last year there was Juan. I met him on the Santa Margarita...boy was he wild. Bronzed skin, tight little butt, and abs you could bust coconuts on. We sure busted a few nuts that week if you know what I mean. And then we found that heroin dealer in Belize. He cut us a major deal on some dope and we spent two days shooting up in the broom closet. Once we did all the smack we had no choice but to walk around. There's nothing more terrifying than being immobilized in a broom closet with the sickness...except for being in there with someone else. So we walked around the boat with dried semen covering our shorts. Trophies of times past and struggles of the present. Then there was that time in the bar...goddamn. Luckily Dr. Benway was there. He was able to straighten us out. It's a shame what happened to Juan though. Nothing mars a perfectly good trip more than the lifeless body of a perfectly attractive boy hanging from a noose at the aft of the ship. We're gonna have to operate...
