Call the Florida BBB (which has given the company that runs this a negative rating), the group you purchased the package thru ( not the Ramada that owns the hotel chain) and your states AG office if necessary. My friend made the mistake and purchased this package as a gift, it took close to 4 months and almost constant phone calls but eventually he did get his money back. You must be persistant and go as high up as possible. Also keep records of who you spoke to and when and what was promised. Good luck |

how did you get scammed into a cruise? All you have to do is call the cruise line and tell them that you are unable to make that date, and you want to cancel the cruise. How long tll you sail? If it is under 6 months, you may as well go on the cruise. Most cruise lines will keep your deposit if you cancel after a certain day.

I get a letter at least once a year giving me a free cruise on that cruise line. The ships are over 50 years old and are not worth anything. They are listed on all the scam sites. Do whatever you can to cancel the cruise.

If you bought by credit card you ask for refund from the c/card comapany, you must provide proof of the problem/scam. They will refund you.
The c/card company just debit the cruise line's credit card account for themselves so they aren't really bothered if you are genuine or not.
If you pay monthly to your c/card company just deduct the amount when you make your next payment (but send a letter explaining why you have done it with the proof). |

I'm so very sorry this company still exists and are ripping off so many people. If I was you, I would cancel my trip and keep hounding them for my money back. If you have to, even make threats to report them to the BBB, but I'm sure they have been reported many times. Just keep pushing them if you can. Good luck to you. |
