I need cruise help please.? |
Im going on a cruise and i cant decide between two cruises. They are about the same except one has three "fun at sea" days and the other only has two.
"fun at sea" days- a day when you dont depart on a location, instead you spend the day on the ship |

Fun days at sea are fun, but I personally like visiting the different locations and I have fun at sea in between locations. So it really depends on whether or not you prefer to be on the boat or if you are into visiting the different Islands. My experience with cruising is that theres not much going on on the ships during the day anyway the partying starts after dinner and you usually visit different locations during the day when not much is going on at the boat anyway. |

The answer is really a matter of personal preference AND what is available to do on the ship. When you have "at sea" days most people will flock to areas around the pool(s) to get in or be near it and to take part in, or at least see, the activities planned by the cruise director. So if you want to do those things more than go to a beach, jet ski, snorkel, swim with sea animals, shop, and all of the other things that you can do in port stops, then do the one with the most "at sea" days.
But if you want to have maximum time at beaches and doing tours and off-ship activities, then go for the 2 "at sea" days. I have been to about all of the island stops in the Caribbean and Mexico, some multiple times. So I love at sea days and sometimes don't really venture off the ship in some ports.
So the answer is how to you want to enjoy your cruise, on or off the ship. |

I went on a 14 night cruise that had 5 sea days. I personally loved them. It gave my husband and I a chance to recharge before the next port. We cruised the Med in early July of last year and it was very hot, so by the end of a day in port, we were really tired (keep in mind, we were both 22 at the time).
The ship will have tons of things to do on those sea days. You wont get bored. |

on one of the cruises iv been on there were three days at sea, they were fun but i had 10 ppl my age on the trip with me too (family trip). if i were u the less days at sea the better but one or two would provide a good break if ur doing strenuous excursions |

sea days can get boring, i'd rather go to an island instead of an extra day on the ship. Ive been on 2 cruises and you pretty much see the entire ship on your first day lol. |
