Apply to the cruise companies, (Royal Caribbean, First Choice etc) and state the job you want, your experience and request an application form.

Many times cruise lines use hiring partners to do all their hiring, especially if you are looking for shipboard employment.

Honestly, sending a resume to a cruise line, it probably won't even get looked at, unless it stands out somehow.

So figure out what you want to do, do a search for cruise line hiring partners, and contact them.

Go to the cruise line web page and look for the link to job opportunities. These people are very service oriented and work for 6 to 8 months straight without a day off, be prepared for that.
