I don't know what cheap means to you but we went on a cruise that left Mobile, Alabama and went to Cozumel and the port of Calica. It cost around $249 per person. We left on Monday and returned on Sat. We booked through priceline.com.

It depends on where you want to go, how much you want to pay, where you want to start from, which kind of cruise you want, etc. If you want family friendly? Disney. If you want cheap but not really for kids? Carnival (Cuz their children's club is crap. when i was 5 i went on the cruise and got hit on the head by a basketball hoop, and the people were like "Ugh, I'll get your parents..."). If you want a good cruise with great ratings and lots to do onboard? Royal Caribbean.
