Next year your son will be 15 and the daughter will be 13. That is rather on the outer reaches for 1. being cool with Mom and 2. be on a Disney cruise.
The 4 day cruise would be the best bet of the two options. |

Your kids are teen agers. So i would do the land and sea, cause little kids don't care about the sights but they will get to see so much and they will love it cause they are older. Something that will be with them for many years to come. I'm sure they will love being able to get off the boat and do some shopping and sight seeing. Have a blast! |

We did the 7 night cruise. It takes that long to get oriented to the ship. There are so many things on the 7 night cruise, formal nights, Days at Sea, ports of calls to take into consideration.
We felt like we were busy the entire time on the 7 night cruise. The shows were out of this world!
My kids were younger so I can't speak directly to teens.
