Yes! Most cruise ships are handicapped accessible and have specific rooms for those in wheelchairs. All ships have elevators and ramps to get on and off the ship. Just speak to your travel agent or booking agent and tell them about your situtation so you can book a handicapped accessible room. The bathrooms in regular rooms will not accomodate a wheelchair, so you will want to book early to make sure you reserve one that does. There is so much to do on a cruise. You will have a blast! |

Yes, all of the large modern ship hjave numerous elevators and widew halls. I would, of course, speak with the Cruise Line directly so they can suggest rooms, etc. |

Yes. I am thinking about taking my Grandmother on a cruise and she would be in a wheel chair or scooter chair. I have even seen people on oxygen. I think they actually rent oxygen equipment. They are very hanicapped friendly. Just reserve a room that is wheelchair accesible. I think those rooms book up more quickly. I always get a good deal at cruisebrothers.com Their number is 800.827.7779. I am not a solicitor, just a satisfied customer! |

Yes, however you will need to let the cruiseline know ahead of time. There are special room needs that you will require, and those rooms are limited. Me and my girlfriend (she is in a wheelchair) cruise often and have found that Carnival Cruise Lines is the best accomondating of the major lines. Just make sure that you choose a cruise that have ports that are not tendered, because getting on a tender from the ship is very tricky in a wheelchair. Also make sure that any excursions you want to go on are accesible. Talk with the Shore Excursion desk onboard who can help better explain what each tour requires better than the website or Literature does. Happy Cruising! |

Of course you can! When booking, notify them (the cruise line or your travel agent, however you book) you need a room that's wheelchair accessible. |

Yes !!! The last cruise we took there were several people in wheel chairs, including the motorized ones. The ship's staff will help you getting on and off ship at ports and its easy to navigate the ships because there are elevators to all floors. The ships we have been on also had lifts to help handicapped people get into the pool s and hot tubs. You need to spicify your handicap when booking to get the handicapped accessible rooms. |

YES! There are rooms set up for people in wheelchairs and lots of stuff can be done to help the person out. If you are already booked I would suggest calling the actual cruise line to find out what kind of informaiton they need to make sure that you are comfortable and ready to go. Each cruise line should have their own department handling these types of situations. |
