Im 16 girl is it hard to meet people on a cruise?
im going on a cruise and its during the fall for my fall break from school and im afraid there wont be any kids there. ill be going with my brother and parents but me and my brother don't hangout and i was wondering if its hard to make friends and are the dance things fun ?
I'm 14 and I went on a cruise this summer with just my parents and I was affraid of the same thing.
When i got there they gave me a list of stuff for teens so i decided to go and i met the most amazing people so easily and they allow you to come and go whenever so if your bored you can just leave.
everyone was so nice and its was so easy to meet people.
i had soooo much fun.
we played games like guitar hero and apples to apples, and had swim parties, the dances were kinda lame at some points but go anyway just to meet people and then you can leave but still hang out with them adn maybe go to the arcade o something.
at one point me and all the people i met just decided to see how many people could fit in an elevator, so you dont have to do the organized activities the whole time.
you'll easily meet people but you have to go to the teen club things and you'll have so much fun(:

I just went on a cruise last March and I had a blast! One thing I wish I would've done is get to know more kids on the ship. I went with my family so I was mostly with them but next time I plan to find some more friends. My biggest tip is to go to any teen activities and the teen center. On my last cruise I even met a friend from Norway! Have fun and don't worry too much. Everyone wants to meet new people so you should't have any problems!

There are usually kids onboard even during the school year. Cruises are a blast and it is very easy to meet people your age as there are ares of the some ships dedicated to people your age. Watch the schedule and be sure to attend the activities and meeting people will be a breeze. Have fun! A cruise is something you will always remember.

Show up to any organized events for your age group. Even if you don't like the planned activities, you can meet other kids to hang out with for the rest of your cruise. Just FYI almost all kids enjoy the activities. The cruise lines are good at this as they do it every week.
