Some cruises allow you to travel when you are eighteen. They are as follows,
American West Steamboat Company,
Cruise West,
Cunard,
Oceania,
Orient Lines,
P&O Cruises,
Peter Deilmann,
Regent (Radisson) Seven Seas Cruises,
SeaDream,
Star Clippers,
Uniworld
and Windjammer.
You will find that they are extremely expensive, or do not sail from US ports frequently. |

Different cruise lines have different rules. Princess will allow 18 years olds (both must be 18 or older) to travel.
Your travel agent will advise you as to which one is good for you. |

yes it is. you should take an adult with you |

Cruise ships are usually registered in other countries and their ideas of who is an "adult" are different than the US. Cruise Lines also possess a minimum age policy. In most cases this is 21 years of age and means that anyone below this age will be unable to travel without adult supervision.
If you DO find a cruise line that will take you, remember that tipping is very important. It is expected on a cruise ship. Budget for it. |

I know that you can go on Princess. There rule is that as long as you are older than 18 you do not need an adult! You won't be able to go on Carnival though. Go to www.vacationstogo.com and then search for the ship and it will specify the ages!
happy cruising! |

Yes, it is true, but if you do have someone else booking with you , and a good travel agent they can always switch your rooms when you board! We have done this many times! |

On most major crise lines, there must be a person 25 years or older in the same room. Sorry. |

No, I don't think that is right. It would make sense if the rule was people under 18 need an adult because by law, one is considered an adult 18+. |
