Queen Elizabeth 2 no longer sails regular trans-Atlantic service. QE used to accept cars as part of trans-Atlantic service.
Queen Mary 2 does allow dogs on trans-Atlantic sailings only. However, dogs must remain in the kennel area, they cannot accompany you in your stateroom or in the public spaces of the ship. I don't believe QM2 has the facilities for handling automobiles.

Yes, Cunard's Queen Mary 2 is the only ocean liner with schedule transatlantic service. They have kennels onboard that allow you to bring your pet.
