You don't need an attorney. All you need is a letter signed by both of your friend's parents authorizing her to travel with you. May sure the letter is notarized.

Get the letter from and signed by the parents that the child has permission to travel with you. Also get the letter to contain permission for any medical care needed just in case something would happen. It's always best to be covered for any possibility!

yes, just type the letter and take it to a currency change with the parent who is signing it and have it notarized. should not be more than a dollar or two to have it notarized. your bank might be able to do it for free too. be sure to ask the airline and cruise ship to advise what they want the letter to say. of couse your freind will need passport/ other proper identification. have fun.

when you book a cruise you have to tell the cruise
line how many people will be in your party..
(they all dont have family members)
then your friend will also need his/her own passport as well

You can go to a public notary and get sometype of letter from them, it's not expensive, maybe $20 to $60, call them before to ask what you need to bring and how much.
