My friends and I are planing on going on the Carnival Cruise?

Since were seniors this year, we wanted to go on a cruise for once and see what its like. Were also paying for it, so we wanted to keep it cheap. My friends and I are 17 and ones turning 18 and we wanted to know which cruise we should go on this summer. We plan to board one of the carnival cruises but there are so many. We know what stuff we need to bring but what cruise is best for us? This would be our first time also.

Preferably 3-7 day cruise

We wanted to attend a cruise that has entertainment like water park, indoor and outdoor activities, outdoor theater (optional), a gym, pretty much things 17+ year olds can do haha

Were probably going to get a 2 or 3 person indoor cabin and after we figure out what cruise is best fitted for us then plan the activities and locations.

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks,

Sazzy

our parents are also going to purchase the tickets and my friends parents are probably going

i'm pretty sure you have to have someone 25 and older buy the tickets for the cruise. go on the carnival cruise website.. you can see the different things they offer

Royal caribbean has the most activities so try their website. I've been on a carnival cruise too but royal is sooo much better ! Also, i heard you can't go on a cruise alone if you're under 21, im assuming a parent or someone over 21 will be with you guys? You guys will have alot of fun. Lucky ! I didn't get to go on my first cruise until i was like 27 !

Don't purchase those tickets just yet. You can't get on board unless you are 21 or unless someone in your party is 25 and older and is willing to accept responsibility for you and everyone in your party. Some cruise lines even have forms that must be filled out and presented at boarding and letters from your parents.

It doesn't matter who purchases the tickets and fills out the forms because the cruise lines ask for the passengers ages while booking the cruise.

Fake id won't work either as you must present either a passport or birth certificate with your boarding pass when boarding the ship for the first time.

If you do have adults going with you they will issue you key cards that are swiped whenever you try to purchase something. The cruise lines will not serve alcohol to minors. They can't afford to lose their licenses.

As for the cabins - don't choose the smallest with the attitude that you won't be there much anyway. You will all meet up there eventually and you all will need to move around and use the bathroom. Figure out ahead of time what your sleeping arrangements will be. Who will get the pulldown bed or the single bed and who will be sleeping in the double or queen bed. There's not a lot of storage room in the smaller cabins so if that is the route you are taking limit what you are bringing with you so you won't have to walk over your luggage to get to the bathroom or to your bed.

If nothing else, just fly to a destination and enjoy yourself. Cruise ships have tougher rules and regulations than a lot of resorts do.

Do your research.

It really doesnt matter which cruise u pick. they're all fun just in a different way. all of the boats come standard with things like spa's, showrooms, pools, waterslides, clubs, casino's, and more...basically you can go on any cruise and still do wat u want. it will be easier if you pick where you want to go first then wat month then look at the ships that are availible after that. ive been on 4 carnival cruises and i plan on making it a 5th this year.
