Most of the ships that sail in the Caribbean during the winter months are repositioned to Europe for the summer. Typically, they do this in late April - May, and return in November.
Pricing can be very attractive because most of the sailing days are spent at sea. Some cruise lines offer a few port stops at the beginning and end of the cruise, but there aren't any places to stop during the trans-Atlantic crossing.
Cunard's Queen Mary has trans-Atlantic crossings from April through October, leaving from New York and arriving in Southampton or Germany. Pricing is lowest in the "off" months at the beginning and end of this schedule.
Contact a travel agent for the best pricing, details on the differences between the ships and their itineraries and special perks.

They do have repositioning and trans-atlantic cruises to and from the us to europe. Repositioning are great deals. Buy early and do your research matching the cruise to your interest and you should be just fine.
