i lovee red on blondes, and it will make your eyes look greener because they're complementary.
and white makes a tan stand out.
since your lacking in the chest department try a bandaeu (sp?) then twists in the front. they create cleavage ;)
if you can, find a bathing suit that has a pattern on top to bring the eyes up top, and with a plain bottom. this also camaflouges big hips and butts.

I'm assuming you are going on a cruise somewhere warm? Might I suggest you purchase something nice at one of the ports (you could buy one on the ship, but that's not so special) you visit?

The ports of call are all about shopping so if you are going somewhere warm with a beach there will be plenty of stores where you can buy a local fashion and more personal advice than you'd get on Yahoo! Answers.
