Okay so I'm going on a cruise for my 15th birthday....? |
And I can't decide where to go! My family decided to qo on Freedom of the Seas and they want me to choose the place. I'm interested in qoinq to the Bahamas, Mexico, or Europe. If anyone has gone to these before, can you give me some feedback so I can make a choice. Also, if you've gone somewhere else and REALLY liked it or would like to recommend please tell. Thanks SOOOO much! :) Additional Details Umm to Michelle_jb1: Umm I'm sorry, but just because I'm qoinq on a cruise for my 15th birthday doesn't mean I'm spoiled. In fact, I haven't been on a cruise EVER. && tons of people celebrate their 15s all out because I'm latina and to us that's like Sweet 16. Yes, I feel bad for homeless cause obviously hey can't afford to even have a home or food to live but I suqqest that you qet to know people before you judqe them because you don't know squat about me, the way I live, or my personality to say that I'm "spoiled". k? Thanx. |

I would say Bahamas or Europe. I went to the Bahamas; it was fun. I got sun burned though for the first and last time. So yeah. I would say Bahamas just because I've been and I had a blast.
The actual cruise part was the most fun to me; bring lots of sunscreen! SPF 25 won't cut it. : )
EDIT:
Just because she's priviledged just mean she takes it for granted. She didn't come on here saying "I'm better than you because I get to go on a cruise for my 15th birthday so HA!" all she asked was opinions on WHERE to go; specifically Bahamas, Mexico, or Europe. There's no need to be nasty. |

If you have decided on the Freedom of the Seas, you will have to go where the ship goes at the time you want to go. It really doesn't matter where it goes, the ship is so fantastic and so are all the ports it goes to. The Liberty of the Seas and the Independence of the Seas are identical ships which would give you a little more choice in where you go without giving up any of the great things that are only found on these 3 ships such as ice skating, boxing ring, etc. |

If I had a chance to do one of those at your age, I would choose Europe, especially if its a present! I am assuming you live in the US and mexico and the carribean are places you could go in the coming years/spring breaks etc and they would not be as costly. Just take lots of pictures, it will be a trip of a lifetime. Now, where in Europe would you go. Many different types of cruises..Have loads of fun. |

It doesn't really matter. The ship is great! I went on it in 2006! It's amazing! |

You are extremely spoiled. Many people your age can only go to McDonalds for their 15th birthday. My advice is that you "cruise down" to a homeless shelter, do some volunteer work, and discover how difficult life really can be. |
