Yeah almost, exception is bar service, on shore activities and shopping, specialty food, casino, and photos.

Mostly you pay for your room, food, room service, and entertainment.

Typically you pay for your room and this includes all food. If you get drinks from the bar you have to pay for them. You can get drinks in the dining room and throughout the ship as well for free, usually soda, water, tea, etc. Alcoholic drinks you always have to pay for outside of the dining room. You typically have a room card that you have to show which charges things to your room.

You didnt name the cruise company but tupically the cruise faire includes cabin, food (excepts beverages) and entertainment. Some "cruise companys" includes cabin and entertainment only espacialy in the scandinavian countryes. See the specifics if things like taxes and port charges and tips are included or not. Also see the broschure or the cruise lines web page for more info.

Whats never included:
Casino play.
Spa activitetes and fees.
Shore excursions.

Its also important to see if transport to and from the departure port is included in the price (fly and cruise) or not if youre not living in the departure port.

you will find Carnival has the lowest prices and $250 is possible plus port fees and tax that is due before you go, and includes all food (some ships have an extra supper club that is extra)

our last cruise was during hurricane season and we did have 2 ports changed due to storm damage from Dean and Felix but that was fine as the ship is the best part

usually its per person based on a double occupancy, and that price includes all meals tips and taxes. shopping and casino are extra obviously as well as drinks, however same as Vegas on the casino floor drinks are free.

The price you see on an advertised fare is not exactly what you will pay for the ticket. Be aware of the following:

* Double occupancy: When you see advertised fares these are typically per person, based on double occupancy. That means they expect you to have two people in the cabin. If you cruise alone you generally have to pay the full price of the cabin (i.e., x2). If you cruise with a third person or even fourth person in the cabin (usually kids on a fold-out couch our rolling bed), you only add a little more than if you had just two.
* Taxes / fees: This amount is usually not more than 5%, but may not be included in the advertised price.
* Fuel surcharge: Many cruise lines are now charging an additional $5 to $12 per person, per day to cover the increased cost of fuel.

What's included

One of the charms of cruising is that many of your costs are included in your ticket price

* Accommodations. Virtually all cabins come with a King sized bed that can be converted to two twin beds; many also have space for a third person on a couch or pull-down bed; a few have room for a fourth. Size and grandeur varies depending on what category you choose. Even so, most cruise line accommodations are comfortable if relatively compact. All staterooms will have a shower, some will have a bathtub.
* Meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included, as is room service. Most cruise lines will also provide special dining events like high tea and midnight buffets.
* Entertainment. Production shows, commedians, dancing in the nightclubs are all included.
* Most onboard facilities. You can always use the pool, sauna, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts free of charge. Some facilities, such as the bowling lanes on NCL, may have a nominal fee.

What's NOT included

In general, cruises also involve a number of additional ways to spend money...

* Tipping / Gratuities. In general, budget in $10-$15 per person, per day for gratuities for your waiters, cabin stewards, etc. You won't need to leave this on the dinner table each night; it's usually handled on the last night of the cruise. Indeed, many cruises now automate the process so you don't have to worry about bringing large amounts of cash onboard.
* Bar drinks. Alcohol, soda and specialty coffees (lattes, frappes, etc.) are not included. Prices are comparable to those on land. (If you're used to New York or Los Angeles prices, you may be pleasantly surprised.)
* Excursions. You can always get off at the ports and look around on your own. However, many people like to join organized excursions for tours or outdoor activities like snorkeling or parasailing. These can be booked through the cruise line or through third-party vendors.
* The Spa / Beauty Salon. If you like, you can have a massage, haircut, or personal training session onboard. Prices are similar to high-end spas in major cities.
* "Specialty" Dining. While food in the main dining room(s) is always included, many ships now offer alternative dining venues for an additional charge. For example, many Carnival ships now offer diner at their Supper Clubs for $30 per person. The experience is more intimate, and the menu was designed by Michelin-starred chef Georges Blanc. NCL's larger ships have numerous restaurants and charge for most of them.

Exceptions

The above holds true for all the major cruise North American lines - Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, NCL, Holland America Line, Celebrity, etc. However, there are some cruise lines that do things a little differently.

Luxury and specialty lines sometimes include more. For example...

* Regent, Silversea, Seabourn include soft drinks and "standard" alcoholic beverages (i.e., cognac, but not the Louis XIII cognac)
* Crystal: Includes soft drinks in its pricing
* American Safari Cruises: Includes excursions
* Oceania includes specialty dining, but restricts guests to one visit to each of two speciality restaurants restaurant per cruise (two for guests in suites)

And, at the other end of the spectrum, easyCruise charges for everything including food.

It should cover all of the basics. Of course, some restaurants will charge for food, but most of the restaurants are included with the room price.

The price you pay for your room includes your food, room service, and anything else like entertainment on the cruise. The only thing that it doesn't cover is alcohol, or any extras like the annoying pics they take of you when you go on an excursion.

The price of your cruise includes your cabin, all meals including breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks (except the specialty restaurants for dinner), all shows and entertainment, and free use of all facilities on ship except the spa services.. The things that you will have to pay for are:

Gratuities: They will amount to about $10 per person in your cabin per day; about $70 each for the week. When you check in at the pier they will set up an on-board charge account for you to cover any and everything you may buy on ship. They will issue you a "cruise card" which will also serve as your room key and pass to get on and off the ship. At the end of the cruise they will add the gratuity to your tab and you can pay with a credit card or cash, your choice.

Alcoholic drinks and soft drinks: Coffee, tea, milk, juice, and lemonade and punch will be provided free but you must pay for drinks (alcoholic beverages) and they will add a 15% gratuity to each drink and soft drink order.

Photographs: Cruise lines will take plenty of photographs of you all over the ship, in the dining room, and as you exit the ship in ports. These will cost a lot, like $15 to $20 for most.

Tours/Excursions: These are listed on your cruise line web site and you can reserve them well before the cruise and pay for them also. If you wait until you are on ship to book tours they will be charged to your on board account (then you can pay cash to settle your account on the last day). You DO NOT have to buy and tours and you can get on and off the ship as much as you want in port stops.

Souvenirs: Anything you buy on ship from a gift shop or duty free shop goes on your on board account. Things that you buy on shore you pay cash or credit card for.

Casino: If you plan to gamble on ship you will need cash for that.

Other: most cruise lines have what they call "specialty" restaurants where there is a gratuity/service charge. All other food on board is free and its not really necessary to budget for food; you cannot eat all that will be available.

If you want/need to have your hair done, get a massage or wrap, or any services from the spa, you will have to pay for them. You can use the gym free but the spa stuff cost big bucks.

Ships now have internet cafe and some have WiFi but the there is a fee for internet access and it is very expensive (like about $50 to $60 an hour).

You cabin will likely have a minibar with soft drinks and munchies; you have to pay for them (but there is free room service 24/7).

Basically, the only things you pay extra for are gratuity, shore excursions, alcohol and sodas.
If you want to buy that tee shirt on board, hold off. They discount those things near the end of the cruise.
Also, it's a good idea to check your Sea Pass / Sail & Sign acct periodically at the purser's desk to make sure you're not over-spending.
