NO, the deck plan is shows a complete layout of the cabins, restaurants, show rooms, and activities on each floor of the ship. On some floors the deck plan will show only cabins by cabin number. On other floors the deck plan will show here the show room is, where the pool and hots tubs are, where the gym is, where restaurants are, and where the casino, main dining rooms and other things are like the Atrium and purser's desk.
So if you look at the deck plan you can see what is on that deck from the front to the back of the ship that is accessible to passengers. |

Well if you mean do they show you what's on each level, yes. Deck plans are like a map of the ship, showing you where everything is. A lot of cruiselines have interactive deck plans whereby if you move your mouse over a certain level it will tell you what facilities there are.
As a general rule, the higher up you are from the water, the better the journey (more stable) will be; hence the top deck cabins are more expensive than the bottom deck. |

I am not sure what you mean by levels. However, the decks on a ship are the equivalent of floors in a building. If that is what you mean by "levels", then yes the deck plans are the levels of the ship. |
