You are talking about a boat ride or bay cruise rather than a real cruise on an ocean lines like Princess, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian or Carnival. The big cruise line normally run about $150 per day per person but the cruises are generally 3, 4, 5, 7 or 12 days or more and will cost all total a lot more than you want to spend.
However, Norwegian cruise line does have occasional 1 day/overnight cruises but out of NY City or Seattle, Washington.
I suggest that you use the GOOGLE (www.google.com) web site to search for bay/river cruises in the Mobile area. |

Check out www.spendlesstravel.com. They offer several good deals on cruise packages... usually a 3 night 4 day cruise can be found for around $300 fro the whole trip per person,, interior accomadations... Depending where you want to go, and how long you want to cruise... |

The best prices that I have found overall are from www.cruisequick.com.
HOWEVER they do not hold your hand. What I mean is that you need to know what cruise you want, what ship, date and category. You cannot call them, they do not answer a phone.
They are internet based only, completely legitimate, and offer a bonus or discount that most other agents don't offer.
They work on a flat fee profit and are completely automated.
They do answer emails promptly.
Their site explains how they work. I have used them for years, without any problems. They offer free price quotes via email that include all port fees, taxes etc.
