I have a question about the 'Carnival Ecstacy' Cruise...
What shops do they have onboard?
Is there a website that will list the stores?
Also, is there anything else you want to mention about the cruise...?

I have been on the Ecstasy twice and will try to answer all of your questions.
Shops: The Galleria- This is a collection of shops in one area that has different stores for souvenirs, jewelry, and sundries.
Formalities-A small shop that sells candy, clothes, floral arrangements, sovenires, and it also offers tuxedo rentals.
Be sure to check out the shopping talk. You'll get great coupons and free stuff!
Try every activity you can. If you're apprehensive about trying something new, think of it this way. When are you ever going to get a chance to do that activity again?
Be sure to book shore excursions. I especially loved the rock climbing park and the dolphin interaction excursions.
Be sure to go to the top Sports Deck to play Mini Golf! Beware! It can get a little windy!

my mom and sister just got back from a cruise on the ecstacy. i don't know anything about it but i have been on couple of carnival cruises and they are all similar. they have a little soviner shop, a jewely shop, and depending on how big the boat a golf pro shop, a shop with more clothing, and something else that was never open. I don't know if you have ever been on a carnival cruise but they are smaller boats but friendly atmosphere for an affordable price. the food is good for the price and their is alot to eat. Look out for the mexican midnight buffet or the caribean midnight buffet (depend on what area you boat travels to). but over all their are alot of activities planned out, teens have a group that dose things and a club at night, the kids have a little club, the adults have a casino, couple clubs, and for the family they always have fun games in the main lounge going on to participate and win things or just to go and watch. they also have these great shows, about 2 a trip, they are dance and song productions and the crew has some talented performers! overal i think it is hard not to have fun on a carnival funship! =) |
