Here is what is available on information on the Celebrity website:

Friends or family can reach you 24 hours a day via Celebrity's Satellite Service. Your friends and family can contact the ship by calling (877) 266-1020. From outside the U.S., they can call (732) 335-3296. The cost is $7.95 USD a minute.

This is for passenger - however, they can also forward the phonecall to his cabin, provided that they have phones in the crew cabins. Best would be if you know the cabin number of him, so it does not take forever for them to find him - for that price.

Before you call the ship, call Celebrity cruises and ask for the Human Resources Department, explaining why you are calling:

As for an earlier answer you got. It could well be, that he was too busy to get in touch with his family. Unforeseen things happen onboard a ship, schedules change and there might was not a possibility to get ashore to call or even to make a phonecall on the cellphone while the ship is in port.

In reference to the answer, that it could be that he has missed the ship - please know and be ensured that when a crew member misses the ship they are not just left somewhere stranded. The ship's agent will take care of them, the cruise line will get a flight to their home town for them, arrange for them to get to the airport and make sure they get on the plane.

If something would have happened onboard, your family would have been notified. Each crew member must give a next of kin contact - which will be contacted if something should have happened to him.

Now, this might does not sound so nice, but I have been onboard ships for a long time and have seen a lot.
I certainly hope that your question and your description of the situation is genuine.
Don't get me wrong, I am giving you the benefit of the doubt here - I would just hate, if your reason to get in touch with this person would be different than what you stated.

As suggested, call Celebrity Cruises tomorrow morning, and ask for the Human Resources Department. It would be good if you have his Crew ID number - of course you know his position onboard, and the department handy when you call

Also, if he would have been fired, they would have made sure he has a flight home and boards the plane.

I would call the docks or just the customer service and ask them what they can do. Do you know that he is actually lost? If he works on the ship he could just be busy and unable to contact you guys. Just call customer service as well as the docks now. And find out any information you can. Get any numbers you can and call anyone you can and don't stop until you get the answers you need. But like I said it could just be that he's busy. I mean it is his job they can't always get to write or talk to their family right away.
But, good luck and I do hope he is safe; I would like to know what is going on there and if everything is okay with him.

Contact the Customer Service # for Century Cruise Ship Lines. Talk to someone about what is going on.

You could also contact the Trinidad Consulate and ask for assistance that way. The consulates are a good way to get people "moving" and do their jobs.

It is possible that he missed the ship when they docked at a port. Ships do not wait for anyone but the Captain and will not hesitate to sail off to keep on schedule. It is possible that he missed getting back on the ship and is trying to figure out what to do and how to do it.

first, you need to know the cruise line. If it is Celeberty, call the 800 number and ask them to connect you to the ship, then ask for the employee, just be prepared to pay upwards of 8$ a minute to contact him..

First of all why doesn't he have a cell phone?

You have a customer service number ... use it. Call them and let them know you are concerned since he hasn't contacted you in awhile. Explain to them that this is unusual and your family is very worried. They would send a message to the ship he is sailing on. Seriously ... he probably is ok but for some reason he just hasn't contacted anyone. I hope everythng is fine.
