Get your favorite cocktail and go on the topmost deck when all the lights are off (around 1 to 2 am) find a quiet place and watch the stars. The deck chairs should be empty. Bring a CD player to listen to some romantic music. Or watch the sunrise on the top deck. Very few are up at 5 am. |

Hi Josy,
You don't mention what cruise line you will be on. Most cruise lines have romance packages of one type or another that help enhance your trip. These usually include wine or champagne in your cabin with hors d'oeuvre dinner in the specialy restaurant and maybe even a couples massage.
Your destinations will also give you lots of opportunities for romance, I would suggest buying a picnic lunch when you get to shore, hiring a taxi and asking then to take you to a secluded beach for a private romantic picnic. |

Go up on deck with some champagne at sunset. Sit on the fantail late at nite after the crowds die down and enjoy the stars together. In Cozumel, instead of taking a crowded excursion which will keep you busy all the time, have a nice drink and meal at a local restaurant and wander a few stores in the Plaza area of San Miguel off the main strip. In Jamaica go to Dunn River Falls at Ocho Rios, just because that's' where Tom Cruise and Elisabeth Shue first got together in the movie "Cocktail", Sorry I have no advice for Grand Cayman, I have only gone shopping and to swim with the stingrays there.

By the way, if you can afford it, get a suite, it is a nice way to splurge for your honeymoon, my wife an I did that for our anniversary a couple of years ago, and my wife had the room decorated and the cruise line provided champagne since it was our anniversary. |
