Sharing a room with....? |
my parents are going on a cruise but we don't know how many cabins to get. It's my mom and dad, my brother (19), my boyfriend (18), me (17). How would you split that up? I don't want to share a cabin with my freakin brother, but my brother doesn't want to share a cabin with my boyfriend. What would you suggest we do? |

You stay with your MoM and Dad and let your brother and boyfriend share a cabin. Don't worry, there are a lot of private places on the ship after dark. |

i agree with the other person who answered. Go with your brother and your mom and dad. Leave your boyfriend at home.

or
you and your boyfriend in one cabin and your mom, dad and brother in the other cabin (which is the option my family would choose)
or
you, your mom and your brother in one, and your boyfriend and your dad in the other
or
your mom, dad, boyfriend and you in one cabin and your brother by himself in the other (but that would cost a bit extra for the single occupancy charge)

You stay with mom and dad and boyfriend and brother share a room. I agree with the other person who said to leave your boyfriend at home. Why bring him on a family vacation? You won't have many left before you're off and married with a family of your own. |

Get two cabins, one with a balcony for you and your parents. Get an interior cabin for your boyfriend and your brother. |

You will need two cabins. Try to get connecting cabins. Now because the cruise may or may not allow under 21's alone in 1 cabin, they may put your dad and two of you in one cabin and your mom and one other in the other cabin. If your parents allow you to sleep with your boyfriend, then you can share one cabin by yourself. But if not, I suggest you share a cabin with your parents and you brother and boyfriend in another cabin. Your brother will just have to deal with sharing a cabin with your boyfriend. Please know that you can change around who sleeps where after you all get to your cabins. Most likely since I suspect your parents are paying for this trip, then what they say is what you have to do. All of you will have plenty of time together during the day, so don't sweat the small stuff. |
