Sleeves for a cocktail dresS!?!?
someone told me you have to have sleeves on your cocktail dress, so like it couldnt be spagetthi straps or strapless. so is it true you have to have sleeves? Additional Details oh yeah haha i forgot to mention its for a cruise..and for the formal nights..ahahah sorry about that!

sleeves are not required for formal night dresses.

formal night is the night they want you to take pics. with the captain so that is why they have it .you can wear what you want as long as it is not jeans and a tee shirt. if you feel funny bring with you a wrap of some type only because someimes you maybe cold. if i was able to take sexy pics. of me in my nightie on ncl. than they should allow you to wear any type of dress you want as long as you are not showing it all.

I've had many sleeveless cocktail dresses.. Never heard a cocktail dress has to have sleeves.
