Stolen Items on Princess Cruises? |

My mom and dad went on a princess cruise ship and unfortunately someone stoled my mom's digital camera and she had to file a form at the lost and found department, they told her that it could take a while and apologized for what had hapened.... they give her a disposable camera ( can you believe that! jajaja<<< i couldnt believe it when she told me..... but then i guessed what else could they have done meanwhile you know)
meanwhile they also gave her some credits on board.... and that was it.... they never found the camera.... or anything, and i guess since it was only a camera that all they offered but if something with a bigger price tag would have gotten stolen i hope they would of resolved it in a better way.....
well thats all i can say that i know =0)

I have had good luck with princess, meaning i have not had anything stolen.
IF i did have something stolen (or lost, for that matter) i would contact princess immediately and talk to guest services until they could help me.
I hope you find your items, that they can be recovered and returned to you. good luck |
