Anything with a lot of sea days will have good activities. Try the Spirit (goes to Mexico, 8 days), karaoke every night and a great waterslide.

All Carnival ships are good. The cruise line recently refurbished 2 of their ships with WaterWorks water parks on board. Go to carnival.com to find out which ones. All Carnival ships offer the famous chocolate melting cake in the dining rooms at evening dinner. It is available every night. I $#!! you not, it's to die for.
