I'm not a teen but, I work for a cruise line. The teen centers get mixed feelings. It seems that it is only as fun as you choose to make it.

most all of the major cruise lines have teen clubs. Disney , royal caribbean, princess, carnival all have them and the kids seem to have lots of fun.

All of the cruise lines have programs for kids, including teens, but what you will have available will depend upon what cruise line you go on. Whether you have a bunch of other teens to socialize with will depend on the time of year that you go and the destinations of your cruise. If you are going to Alaska you may not have many teens on board, but if you are going to the Caribbean the chances are you will have lots of teens to meet. Some cruise ships have a special disco or club area just for teens and others do not.
