What does Carnival charge for babies to Cruise?

My husband and I are planning a cruise with our daughter. We have a 10 month old, at the time of cruise my daughter will be 16 months. Does any one know what Carnival Charges for babies.
Do they also charge for port fees, taxes?
Additional Details
Oh and if Carnival does charge, does anyone know of a ship that does not charge for babies (they all probably do, but was just wondering).

Carnival allows infants over 6 months. Disney allows the youngest at 12 weeks.

http://www.cruisemates.com/articles/family/bringbaby.cfm

Some--such as Carnival, NCL, Costa (in the Caribbean only) and the QE2--allow children under two years to sail free, paying only port taxes and fees. Disney has a greatly reduced rate for those under three: $99 for three and four-night cruises and $119 for seven-night cruises.

So at 16 months she will be able to sail for free, primarily b/c she doesn't eat the food but will pay port fees, taxes, and the mandatory gratuity. But if you are interested in any of the children's programs, be aware of what the age restrictions are and sign up as soon as possible. Many will not have high chairs in the buffets, cribs are often not plentiful and most recommend that you do not eat with an infant in the dining room for the benefit of others. Many will not allow the diapers in the pool.

Talk to a travel agent to make sure you are correct on what your ship will allow and will not allow.

Different cruise companies have different policies, and your travel agent will be in the best position to advise you.

Check for specials - sometimes the cruiselines have 3rd person in the cabin Free - (you would still pay fees and taxes as well as gratuities).

Yes, there will be fees. check NCL.

Carnival does charges for port fees and taxes. They charge for babies because they have included baby programs that are included with the ship and babies have to eat to right?
