For your very first cruise You should choose one of the bigger ships, you probably WON"T experience any sea sickness as these ships have stabilizers on the that keep the ship flat, it's like staying in a luxury hotel. most of the time you won't feel like you're on a ship in the middle of the ocean.
Depending on how old you are, if you are a child then a Disney Cruise would be the thing to do, they cater to children and parents are just an extra perk allowed to go along :) you'll probably love it. the food is great the ambiance is great and the service is great.

IF you decide to choose the Nile cruise as one answerer suggested. here are a few reasons why you may NOT want to do this cruise. If you are not able to get around as easily as some people, this is NOT the cruise for you.
The weather in Egypt can be scorching hot, you must drink gallons of water to compensate for the heat, but then you have the toilet issue, toilets in the desert when you're on a tour to the antiquities are scarce and not that sanitary.
There are no elevators on the small nile cruise ships, so if you are not able to get up and down stairs alone , that would be another problem.. although the nile cruise is wonderful in every other way because you see more history than you would ever believe possible. you also would have to do a lot of walking on the Nile cruise as the places you visit are ancient historical places sometimes where there are no proper roads. If you are in a wheel chair it would be very difficult to manouver through some of these places. If you are able to walk then you'd probably enjoy it. Once again the Sea sickness issue would be non exsistant because the Nile ships don't have the problem of rough seas as the nile is a pretty smooth river. I sailed on The Sonesta Nile Goddess, a nice small ship, and had a lot of fun but it was exhausting after all the walking we did. good luck!

You should go on the Nile cruise in Egypt and you stop at all the monuments and temples and can go for a walk through a different town everyday. The cruise is really slow so you don't have to worry. It goes for 4 days-3 nights.

Disney cruise sounds great. I think i would contact a good travel agent who specializes in cruises.
