Several of the cruise lines have specials on sailings to the Panama Canal. If price is your major consideration, try one of the Italian lines -- their ships are new and offer all the most popular features, but the announcements are given in multiple languages and the ambiance is definitely Italian.
MSC is your best bet for a reasonably priced cruise to the Panama Canal. The ship does not go through the canal, but you'll have a day in Panama and can take a shore excursion on a smaller boat through the canal.

I have used cruise.com plenty of times and saw that their prices were the most packaged and reasonable. The representatives are also very friendly and will take their time and explain every detail with you. You also get free excursions with them. |
