The largest ship currently in service is Freedom of the Seas, a ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet. Royal Caribbean will soon launch two new ships in the Freedom family, Independence and Liberty of the Seas. These ships will be about the same size as Freedom. Royal Caribbean currently has a new project in development. It is called the "Genesis project." The first ship is currently in the planning stages. The company building the "Genesis" ships, AkerFinn Yards, has given Royal Caribbean the option of a second "Genesis" ship. When these ships are complete, they will far surpass the Freedom family in size.

Freedom. I am working a Freedom cruise as a prize with our state's largest car dealer who uses the word "huge" or "huuuuuge" in all of his advertising.

I believe that would be Freedom of the Seas. (I think it is a Royal Carribean line) We saw it docked in Miami when we went on a cruise in October. Very impressive! I got lots of photos of it while aboard the Carnival Valor on our way out to sea.
