I had an Alaskan cruise last year, a completely different experience from a Caribbean or Mediterranean cruise.
It's a superb experience, the scenery is magnificent and you can see wildlife in its natural environment.
The weather is something else, we went in July, in places it was cold, then sunny, then raining and even some sleet all in the same day. Luckily we are from Scotland, so are used to weather like that.
It really is something that you should do at least once in your life, it's a really enjoyable and worthwhile experience. |

An Alaskan Cruise is Amazing. From the moment your ships departs there is amazing scenery all around you. You travel between 2 bodies of land so the water is calm. There is so many different excursions in each port of call. A cruise/tour is best to see more of Alaska & wildlife. The National Parks are great. Too many great things to say. Princess.com offers the best experience for a cruise/tour. |

On an Alaskan cruise, you can go dog sledding, glacier hiking,go on a extremely scenic train ride,see totem poles, or a loggers show, a helicopter ride over glaciers, see bears, eagles, sheep on cliffs,salmon, or a moose. The list of things to do is much longer then this. I have been on 9 cruises, all with Princess and so far, my favorite was to Alaska on a cruise/tour. In fact I am going back to Alaska this year and next year. That's how much I love Alaskan cruises. |

there is just as much as the carribean one but i suggest u stay in alaska a few days after and go into the state where the real beauty is. |
