This is going to sound like an easy, cop-out answer, but the bottom line is the best thing to do is relax and forget about the world you left behind. Saying that means to take in everything and forget about what's best, not so good, etc., just take it all in and enjoy!

Eating is definitely the best. We also enjoyed snorkeling and just taking in the sites at port. The shopping at different ports is fun too. It's great to get a room with a balcony so you can have your own private view of the ocean. Have fun!

Eating is definitely high on the list. Plus, at night I thought it was fun to go dancing depending on the club and the cruise I was on. Also, if you can afford to get a massage I recommend it. All of the cruises I have been on have had wonderful spas with great views.
