I have been on two cruises to the Bahamas and have enjoyed each one. Make sure you go snorkeling if you like the water, it is beautiful there! I would recommend sunscreen, a hat, and lightweight clothes because it is always pretty warm there. I would recommend that you have a zipper on whatever you are carrying your money/belongings in and that you keep it close to you or hidden. From experience, the people in the Bahamas are not afraid to ask for money or go looking for it themselves...watch out for the children, they are trained by their parents to beg for money. |
