Absolutely incredible! We've had nothing but excellence service on all the cruises we've been on. The crew treats you like family.
I'll never forget the first cruise I was on....Our assistant waitress was so friendly and talkative. (Danielle from Trinidad & Tobago! I still remember!) She was amazing.
Anyway, the thing that really stuck me on that first cruise was one day, my husband and I were laying by the pool enjoying the sun. Well, Danielle came walking across the pool area as she was working and she spotted us. She stopped what she was doing, threw out a big wave and yelled, "Hello Jennifer & Shawn! How are you guys doing today?"
It blew me away! I mean, there were 2,000 odd different people on that ship every week! It's absolutely incredible they remember everyone's names at each of their assigned tables, but to remember who were are out of the dining room, well, I'll just never get over that attention to detail. |

they're helpful and always ready to spoil you. very nice people that makes you feel so welcome especially the cabin stewards. one occassion, we request for certain menu to be cooked for us the next day and they informed their chef and our request was accomodated. unbelievable! that was at Princess cruises. |

You generally find the international crew and cabin staff to provide excellent service on most itineraries. However, of particular ill repute is the service on the Norwegian Cruise Lines Hawaiian itinerary. It is interesting to note, that these particular ships are domiciled here in the US and have a predominantly American crew and cabin staff. |
