The cruise line that has the most seniors cruising on it and caters to seniors is Holland America. Its a good cruise lines that has great ships, and service and has many programs that seniors like.
Then I am sure that your grandma would also enjoy a cruise on Celebrity and/or Princess. Both are also great lines that cater to a more reserved crowd. They have classy ships that are very well decorated.
Then all of the cruise lines also have programs for kids too. And, all of these cruise lines cruise from Miami and/or Ft Lauderdale which is close to Miami.

Do not take Royal Caribbean. It's extremely fast paced and there are A LOT of screaming little kids up at the pool. It's not geared for seniors.
Take a princess cruise. It's very relaxing and they have fun things seniors like to do (like bingo) everyday. It's a lot more layed back atmosphere. My family always takes princess cruises. |

Any cruise line is good for seniors. Many seniors prefer Holland America. |

Celebrity, Holland America are 2 great choices, also Cunard is another wonderful line.
I know alot of people recommend Royal Caribbean and its a great cruise line, but you will have a lot more younger families and kids on there. |
