If youre more adventoures you have cruses to the galapagos islands but thats a bit over youre budget I think.
A 15 night cruise to hawaiian islands leaving san diego on the 19th would fit your budget I think.
If not a 14 night cruise from ft lauderdale to south america tomorrow will.

It might be hard to book something this month depending on the room you request and the air fair it might take to get there. Celebrity has a new ship that is out I would look to see where that one is going. Any cruise would be great I suggest a great travel agent you won't have to pay them anything and that will do all the setting up for you such as room location and room details they will fill out your paper work. You can also go to Cruisecritic.com to do lots of research on Celebrity ships. Good luck your going to love it.

Anyways, my suggestions would be either the Panama Canal cruise or a Mediterranean Cruise.
I have been to Panama and spent a lot of time at the Panama Canal. It fascinated me sooo much, it was definitely one of the coolest things I have ever seen in my life! It sounds like it would be really boring but it is the opposite.
Also, this summer, I went on my first cruise ever and it was in the Mediterranean. It went from Rome to Sicily to Athens to Turkey to Crete. It was an amazing experience! It was amazing. Especially at this time of year, it will be a lot cooler than when I went.
