1) Ship ran aground and everyone got off
2) Food poisoning
3) Fire
and about 20 years ago
4) Pirates. They shot some guy in a wheelchair and tossed him overboard ..
but I dont think they have sunk yet

Signifcantly less than the chances of being killed taking a bath or shower in your own home or being killed falling out of bed. The odds of a ship sinking are slim and the odds of being killed in such a sinking are even less.
