Where can I find a great cruise? |
I have some money saved up and I was hoping to find a nice cheap cruise that departs around PA. Does anyone know of some pointers to finding one. The only one I could find at a okay price was a canada cruise. I would much rather go to an island or something nice and sunny. I need an okay price, for two people, something longer than a weekend cruise. |

Princess offers some Caribbean cruises that leave from New York. No cruise ships leave from PA because lack of a ocean there. Go to Princess.com and to search cruises, then type in Caribbean and you will see what they offer. The prices are great right now and because of this, it is a great and reasonable time for anyone to go cruising. |

www.vacationstogo.com has a great search engine that includes all cruise lines and allows you to limit your search to a departure port near your home as well as the destination.
No cruise ports in PA. Your going to have to travel to a city with a cruise port (NY, Charleston, SC). |

There are quite a few web sites with information about cruises, but I suggest you talk with a travel agent! It won't cost you a thing, and you will get information about the cruises that are most likely to meet your wallet, your schedule, your interests, and your expectations. I am not a travel agent, by the way, but I always go through my travel agent, and she is able to find the same or even better prices than going it alone with booking. |

You might consider Baltimore. It is an easy drive and not too far depending upon what part of PA you are in. I am in upstate NY and it is 5 hour drive from here. I am a cruise specialist and would be glad to help you find just the right cruise for you and at the right price. |
