I always use a Vacation Planner at Carnival. He guarantees the lowest price, and will lower it if the price goes down. He will also get me any available upgrades, even if they do not become available until after the booking. |

cruisecompete.com is best, but RATES don't change as cruise policies have them now price protected. What does change is what you get free---- wine, on board credit, etc.
PS. Be sure you get a quote that includes all port charges, taxes, and the new fuel supplement fee, and watch out for agents that add "delivery fees" for paperwork- that is a ripoff! |

If you book direct you will NOT get the best deal.
Almost 90% of cruises are booked via travel agents, yes the on-line companies are considered travel agents.
Shop around and compare, some sites will offer extra ship board credit to try and get your business. Not a bad deal!
