I have been to the Bahamas and loved everything about it, the beaches, the scenery, the people and the weather.
I haven't been to Hawaii yet, but it's on the list, so i can't say which is better but I'm really looking forward to finding out. |

Hawaii, as I've never been to the Bahamas. I have been to several other places in the Caribbean but still like Hawaii more. Hawaii is a great deal more scenic than the Caribbean. |

Been to both--GO TO HAWAII--it is so much more beautiful. The swimming, snorkeling eating, and sightseeing is so much better. Its got rainforests, volcanoes you can go to the top of, rare birds, butterflies and flowers are all over the place. Everyplace but Honolulu. The other islands are spectacular, especially Maui |

From DC the Bahamas is VERY easy to get to. You can sail or fly easily. To get to Hawaii, you will need to take about an 8 hour flight which could end up costing you double. |

I never went to Hawaii...but I went to the Bahamas - three times. I love the white beaches, the atmosphere, the clear blue water. It's a fabulous place. |
