Which cruise port is closer to Columbia South Carolina? Tampa Fl. or Port Canavarel FL?
Port Canaveral but you may also consider Jacksonville, FL...IF that is an option that would be the closet Florida port to Columbia SC.

Charleston, SC would be a good choice...and the have two nice ship that depart from there. The Carnival Victory and Norwegian Majesty. The Carnival ship goes to the bahamas for 5 days and the Majesty goes to Grand cayman, cozumel and key west for a 7 day vacation. So why travel to Florida when you can leave from your own backyard.
