Royal Caribbean hands down. The people who say Royal Caribbean is geared towards an older crowd obviously haven't been there in a while. The have outstanding service and tons to do. There are a lot of kid programs and separate areas for the kids so you don't feel over run by them. They have nightclubs that are frequented by everyone from 20 - 70 (of course there are a lot more 20s, 30s, and 40s later in the night.) Carnival is considered more of a party line. If you're in your early twenties, and don't mind sacrificing service for price, it's great.

I personally like RCCL for its service and food. Carnival for its prices and entertainment. If you need help or need a quote, please feel free to email me at dena@thecruiseplanner.com

Royal Caribbean

I agree. Royal Caribbean beat out Carnival, hands down. Carnival is always cheaper, but it's kinda dirty and the food and staff don't quite get it. Stay drunk and Carnival is great. (hehe)

this depends on who you are.

Carnival is an energetic, family friendly lone. Royal Caribbean is a little more upscale, adult oriented line.

This really is a subjective thing.

A bad day at sea is better than a great day at work.

it depends on what you want royal is more expensive and is more for older people unlike carnival which is less expensive and amied at all people yound and old so all in all carnival

Carnival Cruises are getting a little better with time, it is geared more towards a younger crowed, if you are into partying and having a blast doing so, at a discounted price then choose Carnival. It's all in the name, Royal Caribbean is excellent hands down, much more expensive, but you get what you pay for! The food is superb, and so is the ship which is geared more for mature adults.

I have a travel business, you can check out my web site and compare packages on both ships, free of charge! compare these prices of course with others and you'll find that I can give you a great deal, by the way be sure to check out deals and steals.
