There is no good answer to this. Each line caters to different types of travelers.
Looking for a cruise that caters to families? Then the two Disney ships are the best ever.
A refined experience that harken backs to the golden age of travel - Then Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth 2, or Queen Victoria fit the bill.
Adventuresome travel- Royal Caribbean's larger ships like their Voyager class or Freedom class are the best ever.
Want more of a party atmosphere - then the Carnival ships are the best ever.

Queen Mary 2 is the beeeeeeeeest. I have the time of my life on that ship. No other cruise i've ever been on has even compared. I'm going on it again this summer. The staff is aaamazing the food is spectacular and the entertainment is beyond. Five stars.

My personal favorite is The Voyager from Royal Carribean!
It has a mini golf coarse and an ice skating rink...it is one of the biggest ships and i have only been on 4 cruises and that one has been my favorite!!!!
